This set of three a cappella love songs uses a powerful text by Jane Griner which features the imagery of light at dawn, noon and dusk as a metaphor for the development of a loving relationship from youth, into maturity and then into old age. Choir members referred to these as “love songs for grown-ups.” Musically the material is fairly challenging, though rewarding.
